BOOK A FREE INTRO
During your FREE Intro session, we will focus on 3 things:
- Spending time with you to understand your past experiences with fitness, what your health and fitness goals are, and things you enjoy doing.
- We will then conduct an Inbody scan and short workout to determine how close you are to reaching your goals.
- Finally, we will sit down to discuss a plan that works for you!!
The primary purpose of the FREE intro session is to determine how we can best help you. There’ll never be a “perfect” time to start – so jump in and come visit us!
